What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing?
To maintain our competitive wholesale rates, we require a minimum order value of $250. Individual product minimums vary by category and are listed on each product page.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Bulk freight orders may require additional processing time for palletization and carrier scheduling.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. For international inquiries outside of North America, please contact our logistics team for a custom freight quote.
What is your return policy for bulk orders?
We accept returns on unopened, resaleable merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and wire transfers for high-volume orders. Net-30 terms are available for established corporate accounts upon credit approval.
